It means treating our management teams as partners and actively supporting them in their efforts to grow their companies. It means working hard to protect our investors and lenders, putting their interests ahead of ours, and being proactive if a company hits a bump in the road. It means making sure that our portfolio companies' employees are treated fairly and that our companies maintain the highest ethical standards.
