  • Revenues of at least $10 million, EBITDA of at least $3 million for platform investments
  • Control investments
  • Capital base is structured to best fit the needs of each individual investment

Investment Philosophy

  • Partner with management
  • Develop and execute growth plan to take company to the next level; exploit both internal, organic growth opportunities and add-on acquisitions to enhance market position and scale earnings
  • Build company infrastructure and utilize outside resources as necessary with the goal to fundamentally improve company
  • Maintain investment discipline for acquisition and sale decisions

Investment Criteria

  • Market leadership (#1, 2 or 3) position, or
  • Potential to build a market leader, or
  • Exceptional growth potential, with sustainable cash flows and defensible competitive advantage
  • Manufacturing, service, value-added distribution, media and health care businesses with EBITDA margins of at least 10%
