High Road Capital Partners' Crown Group Transaction Wins Business Services Deal of the Year Award
High Road Capital Partners ("www.highroadcap.com") today announced that the firm’s May 2013 acquisition of The Crown Group was named Business Services Deal of the Year (under $50 million) at the Fourth Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards Gala, held at the Metropolitan Club in New York City. The awards, presented by the M&A Advisor and ACG New York, recognize outstanding achievements in middle-market deal making.
High Road’s Managing Partner, Robert Fitzsimmons, accepted the award on the firm’s behalf. “We are honored to be recognized by the industry for our efforts,” said Fitzsimmons. “Our team remains focused on executing our strategy of buying niche leaders and working with management to build them into bigger, qualitatively better businesses.”
