High Road Capital Partners Expand Team: Adds Steve Siwinski as Partner and Scott Rubino as Vice President

High Road Capital Partners ("www.highroadcap.com") today announced the additions of Steven Siwinski as Partner and Scott Rubino as Vice President.

Mr. Siwinski will serve as a finance operating partner, responsible for implementing financial best practices, value creation initiatives, and add-on acquisition integration plans across High Road’s portfolio companies. Mr. Siwinski was most recently a finance operating partner at Marlin Equity Partners. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he rose to partner in the transaction advisory services practice, and subsequently held positions at The Hain Celestial Group and FTI Consulting. Mr. Siwinski received a BS in accounting and finance from Fairfield University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Rubino will be responsible for new platform acquisitions and portfolio company add-ons, as well as assisting in overseeing portfolio companies. Prior to joining High Road, Mr. Rubino worked at CI Capital Partners and Saw Mill Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, leading due diligence and negotiations, and managing portfolio companies. Mr. Rubino received a BBA in finance from Emory University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
