High Road Capital Partners' General Tools & Instruments Transaction Wins Consumer and Retail Products Deal of the Year Award

High Road Capital Partners ("") today announced that the firm’s February 2014 acquisition of General Tools & Instruments was named Consumer and Retail Products Deal of the Year at the Thirteenth Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala, held at the New York Athletic Club in New York City in November. The awards, presented by the M&A Advisor, recognize outstanding achievements in middle-market deal making.
